Shipping Process

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with your tracking number and an online link to view all shipping updates. We will send you text and email alerts as your order arrives at new terminal locations. 

*For fully assembled refurbished cardio equipment, your order will be LTL freight shipped and can take 1-2 weeks in transit to arrive at your location depending on traffic, weather, and or any terminal delays. Once your order arrives at your local terminal you will receive a call from the shipping company to schedule your curbside delivery date. 

*For non-freight shipped orders, the standard shipping times can vary and will arrive at your desired location according to your selection. Please check shipping updates per your tracking number.
