Star Trac Instinct Dual Adjustable Pulley Functional Trainer (Certified Pre-Owned)

Dual Independent Weight Stacks

Two independent selectorized weight stacks allow users to perform unilateral and bilateral cable exercises, providing resistance for full-body strength and functional training.

Dual Adjustable Cable Pulleys

Independently adjustable cable pulleys can be positioned at multiple heights for chest presses, cable flys, rows, shoulder exercises, arm training, core rotations, squats, and lunges.

2:1 Cable Resistance Ratio

The 2:1 pulley ratio provides smooth cable movement and approximately half the selected weight stack resistance at each handle, making it ideal for functional and dynamic exercises.

Multi-Grip Pull-Up Station

An integrated overhead pull-up bar provides multiple grip positions for pull-ups, chin-ups, and bodyweight upper-body training.

Integrated weight stacks allow users to change resistance quickly without loading or unloading weight plates.
