Delivery Options
Every order ships with our standard curbside service. Need it brought inside and set up? Add white glove installation, or if you're in our Southern California radius, our local crew handles everything.
Freight delivery to the curb, driveway, or loading dock of your home or commercial facility anywhere in the 48 contiguous states.
A professional crew brings your equipment inside, places it in the room of your choice, and assembles it ready to train.
Inside our Southern California delivery radius, our own Ace Fitness team delivers and installs your equipment.
How It Works
Place your order and choose your delivery service. We confirm your address, site type and any access details.
Your equipment gets a final inspection, then it's protectively wrapped and secured for freight pickup.
You'll be contacted to set a delivery appointment that works for your home or facility.
Curbside drop-off, or full in-home placement and installation with white glove or local service.
Local to Southern California
We're based in Riverside and handle delivery and installation throughout our Southern California service area with our own team. The same people who know this equipment inside and out are the ones delivering and setting it up for you.
Delivery Day
A few minutes of prep keeps delivery smooth and safe.
Check doorways, hallways, stair turns and ceiling height against the equipment dimensions.
Make room at the drop-off point and along the route to the final location.
For commercial sites, share loading dock hours, freight elevator and building requirements.
Check packaging before signing, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
